You make it partly in photoshop?
If you do you can 'save for web'
When you use that option, you can check out the original next to the one you are about to convert to a jpeg or gif.
On the side you can change the dither and quality and so on, maybe you can try that?

I don't know, but it is an idea

I'm not really good at explaining in English though

well, its really...bright. try to lower the glow down a bit...and raise the quality up, it could look awesome, but the quality is a little low
